Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a news eurovita photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
